The short version: the only information we collect is what you type into the tour inquiry form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell or share it.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the inquiry form: your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, event type, preferred date, estimated guest count, and any message you write. Nothing on this site is required beyond a name, an email address, and an event type.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry, schedule a tour, and answer questions about your event. That is the only reason. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and we do not send newsletters.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is emailed to our event manager and is read by the family who runs Becker Hill. We use a third-party email delivery service to send that message, which processes it in transit. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party tracking scripts. There is no advertising pixel here and nothing following you to other websites.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails stay in our inbox as part of ordinary business correspondence. If you would like yours deleted, email or call us and we will remove it.
Children
This site is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we start using analytics or an online booking tool, we will update this page before doing so.
